CE Sauté

The French philosopher René Descartes famously wrote Cogito Ergo Sum – I think, therefore I am. Building upon that incredibly elegant expression our playful interpretation, Cogito Ergo Sauté, represents our love for all things culinary and the adult beverages that should accompany them.

 

Of course, we got too distracted by our own cleverness to realize that the name might be hard to remember. Glad you found us in spite of ourselves. We now go by the easier-to-understand CE Sauté.

We provide services for private dinners, cocktail parties, wine-tasting parties, cocktail and mixology courses, “instructional” dinners, weddings, mitzvahs, and backyard BBQs too. Whatever the occasion, our aim is to make elegance easy for our clients. Your event is personal for you so we do everything possible to tailor it to your needs.
